Domestic Shipping to the United States is charged at $3.99 for the first item, plus $2.00 for each additional item. International Shipping rates vary by country and can be viewed at check-out. Please note that orders with multiple items may ship separately.

returns & exchanges

We hope you will be very happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you need to initiate a return or exchange, contact us at info@kibbyandco.com within 14 days of receipt of your order. Buyer will be responsible for shipping charges, unless faulty or damaged goods were received.

damaged or faulty goods

We pride ourselves on our products’ quality and our manufacturers conduct quality control checks before shipment. However, if a damaged or mislabeled item was accidentally let through our quality control, or was damaged during shipment, please reach out to us within 28 days of receipt of your order so we can provide a free replacement.
